1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using DecorAI on iPhone, Android, or the Web App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service

DecorAI is an AI interior design app and web app that helps you upload a room photo and generate AI room design ideas, makeovers, and before-and-after concepts. Results are intended as visual inspiration and early-stage planning support.

3. AI-Generated Content & Accuracy

DecorAI helps users create AI-generated interior design ideas and room planning concepts. Results should be used as visual inspiration and early-stage planning support. For structural renovation, electrical work, plumbing, permits, or complex interior projects, users should consult qualified professionals. We do not guarantee that any generated design is accurate, realistic, buildable, or suitable for a particular purpose.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the room photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process those photos to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photo you use.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use DecorAI to violate the rights of others.

6. Subscriptions & Purchases

Some features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase, managed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our payment partners including RevenueCat. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are subject to the terms of the relevant store and your account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

DecorAI, its branding, and the software are owned by Rocket Digital Limited. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or brand assets.

8. Third-Party Services

DecorAI relies on third-party providers (including RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel). Their services are subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated designs will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DecorAI.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
